2012 Show Highlights
The new modular home by Le Marquis Concept
La Maison Eridan Bringing the outdoors indoors!

A NEW MODULAR HOME

Le Marquis Concept will launch an
exquisite home featuring stone and
torrefied wood and furnished with innovative,
timeless pieces from Meubles Re-No.

This modular house with a distinct
Scandinavian flair goes beyond the
expected boundaries for this type of home, putting the accent on comfort and ease
of living. It has been designed to showcase

its versatility, much like an item of clothing created for a fashion show. With its
expansive spaces, attractive finishes,
huge windows, large master bedroom,

glass floor, and abundance of natural light,
this 3,104 ft2 home is unlike anything else
on the market today. Standouts include its exceptional kitchen, inviting dining room,
and very contemporary flat roof.

This dream home will be complemented by stunning landscaping, designed and created by urban landscapers Aménagement Denis et fils, proud partner of the Salon for the 12th year. Custom furniture, an elegant pool and water wall, and European style outdoor surfaces combine for an effect that will take your breath away.

This dream home will be set off with a
breathtaking exterior design, imagined and
created by Aménagement Denis et fils, urban landscape architects and loyal partner of the Show for 12 years now.

Custom furniture, contemporary pool, water wall and grand, European-style paving stones will dazzle you. Through custom-designed furniture, pots that serve as both decorative and structural elements, screens offering infinite possibilities, and LED garden lighting, Aménagement Denis et fils aim to demonstrate that the garden is ultimately an outlet for personal expression, and that every landscape must therefore be unique.

The use of novel, wide-sweeping concrete paving stones creates a decidedly modern effect, whereas wood elements impart richness while performing an environmental function.

Breaking new ground in innovation, this year’s modern pool in its metal and concrete structure, is not to be missed. The same is true of the screens and parapet walls made from frameless glass panels, which limit access to the pool and add a touch of elegance.
